The processing of user data has consent as its legal basis and is carried out for the following purposes:

The interested party always has the right to request the Data Controller to access, rectify or cancel their data. the limitation of the treatment the opposition to the treatment, such as to request the portability of one's data, or to revoke the consent to the treatment by asserting these and the other rights provided for by the GDPR by simple communication to the Data Controller.
The request can be made by e-mail or registered letter with the subject: "Request by the interested party" specifying in the request the right that the interested party wishes to exercise (cancellation, rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid e-mail address /pec to which to deliver the acknowledgment.
The data controller, or a person appointed by the same, will proceed to satisfy the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the answer is complex, the time could be extended to a further 30 days, subject to timely communication to the interested party.
If it is deemed appropriate to assert one's rights, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint also with the competent supervisory authority.
